FIN Fabry Expert Meeting 2026

Fabry International Network is pleased to announce the FIN Fabry Expert Meeting 2026!

The meeting will take place in Taipei, Taiwan, on 24–25 April 2026, hosted at the Hilton Taipei Sinban.

Our program will open on Friday 24 April with Sharing Best Practices for our member organizations, followed by a full day on Saturday 25 April of presentations and workshops led by international experts specializing in Fabry disease.

An inspiring agenda is currently in development, bringing together the Fabry community, professionals, and partners to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and strengthen global connections.

Practical details

Accommodation: €155 per night (breakfast and tax included) at the Hilton Taipei Sinban.

Registration fee: €185

All sessions and group activities will take place at the Hilton Taipei Sinban.

Frequently Asked Questions

Learn from Fabry Experts and meet other participants who share common concerns and experiences. The goal of this meeting is to educate Fabry patient organisation representatives.

The meeting is intended for representatives of our member organisations; people living with Fabry, family members, parents of kids with Fabry, caregivers and patient advocates. Individuals working with Fabry disease such as healthcare providers and pharmaceutical industry representatives who FIN has established a partnership with are welcome. Industry representatives can be present at the meeting but will not be allowed to participate in the workshops and meetings organised exclusively for our members.

The registration fee to participate in the expert meeting is €185, accommodation cost is €XXX (single use) per night breakfast including breakfast and city tax. Travel expenses to the meeting and back home are not included. FIN will provide a travel bursary of €150 per member organisation.  Also, for the first 10 member organisations to register, we offer one delegate from each member organisation a free registration plus four nights’ accommodation with check in on April 23th and check out April 26th. Additional delegates will be charged a registration fee and accommodation.

All sessions will take place at the Hilton Taipei Sinban which is about 35 minutes away from the International Airport Taiwan Taoyuan.

This meeting is a great educational and networking opportunity that benefits everybody. The registration fee goes toward the cost of meals throughout the meeting, facility, plus many additional meeting expenses.

All rooms accommodate up 2 people. The room cost is €174 including tourist tax  for single use, breakfast included.

The registration deadline is January 31st, 2026. Note that should you cancel your registration before February 5, 2026 there will be no cancellation costs. After that date, confirmed registration and accommodation will be charged in full.

If you wish to extend your stay, you can, please share this information in the registration form and we will work with the hotel to confirm this. Note that these accommodation costs are to be paid directly to the hotel.

Staying at the same hotel the meeting is held at, is important and lends itself to the very purpose of the meeting.

The registration fee will be the same and there is no adjustment for days not attended.

If you cancel your registration before February 5th, 2026 there will be no cancellation costs.  After that date, confirmed registration and accommodation will be charged in full.

An invoice (per organisation) will be generated and provided to you after the event via email.
